ST-SC650 fluorosilicon single-component polyurea is a special polymer material in the aliphatic single component polyurea molecular chain, using polymer interpenetration network technology, grafting fluorosilicon molecular group, supplemented by nano-modified filler, to form a combination of rigid and soft, similar to the island structure of high strength and high wear resistance.

    Introduction

     ST-SC650 fluorosilicon single-component polyurea is a special polymer material in the aliphatic single component polyurea molecular chain, using polymer interpenetration network technology, grafting fluorosilicon molecular group, supplemented by nano-modified filler, to form a combination of rigid and soft, similar to the island structure of high strength and high wear resistance.
    ST-SC650 coating is a single component, brush coating or roll coating type fluoro silicone polyurea elastic material, with very high strength and superior performance, in air or humid conditions, the coating curing, forming high strength and high elastic polymer film. The ST-SC650 single component has better strength than the other single component, exceeds the ordinary spray polyurea, and does not require machine construction. After 10 years of hydropower projects, and ultraviolet radiation, the performance retention rate is still more than 90%.

    Use

    Mainly used for outdoor anti-corrosion waterproof or high wear-resistance and waterproof engineering, weather resistance is good, such as: water conservancy, dam, spillway, overflow channel, dam body joints, expansion joints, construction joints; and various concrete base waterproof.

    Reference of the Construction Process

    1) Clean the base: the base acceptance should be smooth surface, no sand, no skin, no honeycomb hemp surface, no uneven and other defects. The base surface should be kept dry, and should not appear clear water.
    2) Primer layer: it is appropriate to use spraying, brushing or rolling coating to evenly construct the special closed primer on the base surface (the construction of primer layer is not treated completely prohibited on the substrate surface), the construction can be completely dry after the next step, the construction interval should not exceed 48 hours.
    3) Fluorosilicon polyurerea layer: using manual construction, or spraying construction. Generally, 4~8 hours after the completion of the primer construction, 48 hours before the brush coating. The construction thickness is about 1.5~3mm to achieve no leakage, no accumulation, uniform spraying, one or several molding.

    4) Finish coat layer (ST-P311 selection): manual brushing or spraying construction, construction thickness 0.2~0.3mm, uniform spraying or brushing.
