Product Introduction

Polyurea supporting putty is mainly used for repairing defects such as holes in concrete, improving the flatness of the base layer, and has good supporting performance with sprayed waterproof, anti-corrosion, wear-resistant, and explosion-proof elastomer coatings, enhancing the adhesion of the middle coating.
Uses
Used in combination with Santam polyurea coatings to achieve better waterproof and anti-corrosion effects.

Construction process suggestions
The single-component package is 30kg. The construction steps are as follows:
The surface to be repaired should be polished before construction. Ensure that the surface of the repair area is clean and free of impurities such as oil stains and dust. If necessary, organic solvents (acetone, xylene, etc.) should be used for wiping.
The two components are prepared in proportion.
Manual brushing or scraping can be carried out.

It is the best replacement product for traditional primers.
Uses
Suitable for concrete, steel, bridge pavements, etc. Used in combination with Shangtai polyurea coatings to achieve better waterproof and anti-corrosion effects.

Construction process suggestions
The single-component package is 25kg. The construction steps are as follows:
Before construction, remove accumulated water, oil stains, floating dust and loose impurities on the base surface, and keep it dry and clean.
Mix components A and B in proportion, and after stirring evenly, construction can be carried out. Roller coating, brush coating and spraying methods can be used.
The construction environment humidity is less than 85%, the temperature is between 5 and 40 degrees Celsius, and the ideal temperature is between 15 and 35 degrees Celsius. And maintain good ventilation.
