Polyurethane Foam Composite ST-PF (series)

Polyurethane foam composite material is composed of polyols, isocyanates, etc.
Closed-cell foam is formed by on-site mixed foaming. It is used in the insulation fields of buildings, pipelines, etc., and has good thermal insulation, sound insulation and bonding properties.
Efficient thermal insulation, noise reduction, firm bonding, convenient construction and stable performance.

    Product Introduction

    Polyurethane Foam Composite ST-PF (2)gtq
ST-PF1100 high-resilience polyurethane foam compound has the following characteristics:
    1) Directly applied to on-site foaming, with uniform cell structure and high strength of foam products.
    2) Good dimensional stability at low temperatures, low thermal conductivity, and strong self-adhesiveness.
    3) Wide range of service temperatures, good fire resistance, low moisture absorption, and excellent waterproof performance.
    4) Non-toxic, non-irritating, and free from biological parasitism. It has broad application prospects in cold storage, grain depot, and building envelope insulation projects. Rigid polyurethane foam has excellent thermal insulation and building applicability.

    Uses

Central air conditioning, building wall materials, cold storage, refrigerating chambers, insulation boxes, cold storage, grain depots, building envelope insulation projects, and more.

    Construction process suggestions

Clean the base layer. Before the construction of the primer layer, conduct base layer inspection and acceptance. The surface should be flat, with distinct slopes and edges, no sharp foreign objects, no sanding, no peeling, no honeycomb pitting, no unevenness, and no rust and other defects. The surface of the base layer should be kept dry and there must be no visible water.
Before spraying construction, materials A and B need to be uniformly mixed in a certain proportion, and ensure that there are no bubbles in the mixer. Use an electric drill mixer when stirring.
During spraying construction, use professional spraying equipment to ensure that the coating is sprayed evenly and without leakage.
Spraying is best carried out in 2-3 passes. Each pass should control the same thickness and present a uniform effect.

    Product Introduction

    Polyurethane Foam Composite ST-PF (3)om9
Some fires are related to the flammability of polyurethane foam, an external wall insulation material. Polyurethane foam has a relatively low initial decomposition temperature and a high heat release rate. The conditions required for combustion include combustibles, oxygen, fire sources, and chain free radical reactions. Therefore, chemical or physical methods can be used to cut off combustion elements in the gas phase or condensed phase by diluting the concentration of combustible gases, terminating free radical chain reactions, and blocking heat and mass transfer, so as to achieve the flame retardant purposes of delaying fire spread and reducing heat release. The fireproof effect of ST-PF1200 high-resilience & flame retardant polyurethane foam can reach level B1 of the National Fireproof Building Materials Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.

    Uses

Applied in multiple fields such as cold chain, military industry, industrial and civil buildings, mushroom cultivation, and animal husbandry breeding.
