Reflective Thermal Insulation Coating ST-RT Series
Product Introduction

Reflective thermal insulation coating has spectral selectivity and excellent characteristics of reflecting solar heat. The coating uses high-performance nano-liquid and adds spectral materials and composite cooling powders. The coating has a reflectivity of more than 90%. At the same time, the absorbed thermal energy can be radiated to the surrounding space in the infrared band. It is a product with superior comprehensive performance and is suitable for almost all kinds of substrates. In the fields of reflecting heat, blocking heat, and radiating heat, it is the unified choice of customers. In summer, the sunshine time is long, and the temperature of the substrate under direct sunlight will reach above 50°C. Insulating and cooling the substrate is the best protection method. In hot summers, the temperature of the coated substrate can be reduced by 22-26°C, and the internal temperature difference is 4-11°C, saving energy and electricity. The coating has high weather resistance, long-term anti-corrosion, self-cleaning and anti-fouling, high reflectivity, strong adhesion, and long-lasting gloss. Another function is to play a certain role in thermal insulation in winter and prevent the loss of higher indoor thermal energy conduction to the outside.

Construction process suggestions
The coating can be directly applied to the surface of new or existing concrete, or can be coated on putty and other indoor water-based coatings. It can also be used as a primer for thermal insulation. The topcoat can be any coating or wallpaper that the user likes. The coating thickness can be 300μm - 5mm. For thermal insulation, it is recommended to be not less than 1.5mm thick.
