Product Introduction
ST-SC150 single-component Hand-applied polyurea coating is a single-component, brushable or rollable aromatic polyurea elastic material. It undergoes a polymerization reaction under humid conditions to form a high-strength and high-elasticity coating. It has good adhesion and excellent waterproof, anti-corrosion and abrasion resistance to most substrates (concrete, steel, aluminum, carbon fiber composite materials, etc.). This product is green and environmentally friendly and meets the national environmental protection requirements for testing related coatings. Single-component Hand-applied polyurea is simple and convenient to operate, eliminating the process of mixing and stirring two-component materials. When used outdoors, it can be used with a matching topcoat to avoid yellowing of the color.
Uses
Used for anti-corrosion and waterproofing of water parks, swimming pools, fire water ponds, sewage ponds, stadium stands, roof waterproofing, flooring, landfill leachate ponds, sewage treatment ponds, hydropower station dams, etc. on concrete substrates.

Construction process suggestions
Clean the base layer: The base layer acceptance should achieve a flat surface, no sanding, no peeling, no honeycomb pitting, and no uneven bumps and other defects. The surface of the base layer should be kept dry, and there must be no visible water.
Primer layer: It is advisable to use spraying, brushing or rolling to evenly apply the special sealing primer on the surface of the base layer (the primer layer is prohibited from being constructed if the base material surface is not completely treated). The next step can be constructed only after it is completely dry. The construction interval should not exceed 24 hours.
Polyurea layer: Hand-applied construction or ordinary cold spraying is adopted. Generally, spraying is carried out 2 hours after the primer construction is completed and before 24 hours. The single-component package is 20kg. The construction thickness is about 2 to 3mm to ensure no missed coating, no accumulation, uniform spraying, and one-time molding in place.
(The thickness can be adjusted according to the design requirements).
Topcoat layer: Hand-applied brushing or spraying is used for construction. The construction thickness is 0.2 to 0.5mm, and it is sprayed or brushed evenly.
Note: The entire scraping process must be repeatedly scraped with force using the cross method to avoid defects.

It undergoes a polymerization reaction under humid conditions to form a high-strength and high-elasticity coating. Single-component Hand-applied polyurea is simple and convenient to operate, eliminating the process of mixing and stirring two-component materials. ST-SC450 single-component has super weather resistance, excellent physical properties, high strength, good toughness, and fast construction. After being exposed to ultraviolet rays for 10 years when applied in outdoor flooring projects, the performance retention rate is still above 90%.
Uses
Mainly used for outdoor anti-corrosion and waterproofing or waterproofing projects with high wear resistance and erosion resistance requirements. No primer is needed. It has good weather resistance. For example: spillways, overflow troughs, joints of dams, expansion joints, construction joints; and waterproofing of various concrete substrates.
