    Spray polyurea coating is a two-component elastic coating formed by on-site spraying of component A and component B. The components A and B are transported to the spray gun through a metering pump of a dedicated spraying equipment, and are quickly mixed and sprayed onto the surface of the base layer, quickly reacting and solidifying into an elastic, tough waterproof, anti-corrosion, and wear-resistant coating.

    Sprayed polyurea coating has the following characteristics:

    Construction process suggestions

    1) Clean the base layer: The base layer inspection and acceptance should achieve a smooth surface, no sanding, no peeling, no honeycomb pitting, no unevenness and other defects. The surface of the base layer should be kept dry and there must be no visible water.
    2) Primer layer: It is advisable to use spraying, brushing or rolling to evenly apply the special sealing primer on the surface of the base layer (the primer layer is prohibited to be constructed if the base material surface is not completely treated). The next step can be constructed only after it is completely dry. The construction interval should not exceed 24 hours.
    3) Polyurea layer: Use special equipment at 70 degrees for thermal spraying. Generally, spraying is carried out 2 hours after the primer construction is completed and before 24 hours. The ratio of component A to component B is 1:1. The single-packaging is 40kg/400kg. The construction thickness is about 2 to 3mm to ensure no missed coating, no accumulation, uniform spraying and one-time molding in place.
    (The thickness can be adjusted according to the design requirements.)
    4) Topcoat layer: Use brushing or spraying method for construction. The construction thickness is 0.2 to 0.5mm and it is sprayed or brushed evenly.
