The above four coatings can achieve 95% light transmittance on a single layer on one side and 98% light transmittance on a single layer on both sides [550nm]. The solid content is 4%, and the adhesion and hardness are excellent.
The high-transparency nano-coating solution produced by our company is an eco-friendly single-component coating liquid, appearing as a white semi-transparent liquid. After high-temperature curing, it forms a micro-blue transparent inorganic nano-coating with a closed-cell structure.
The following advantages are associated with the slurry and coating:
High transmittance: AM1.5 single-sided transmittance ratio 95.42%, photovoltaic power generation gain ΔT 2.41%; PET or glass double-sided transmittance ratio 97.5%
High hardness: 3H for glass surface; 2H for plastic surface
Scratch resistance: withstands over 20,000 non-woven fabric abrasions and passes roller impression test; [when the substrate is PET or TAC, 200g steel wool abrasion resistance can achieve over 500 cycles]
High adhesion: Grade 0 in the 100-square grid test, no residual adhesive or peeling observed in the tape test.
Weather resistance: The coating surface features a closed-cell structure formed by tightly packed nanoparticles, effectively blocking the entry of various pollutants. Alcohol tests show no alcohol print residue, and environmental tests reveal almost no surface perforation.
Environmental Protection: Zero VOCs. The product's production, construction, and usage stages cause no environmental pollution, with no impact on the tempering furnace.
Good stability: Store in a cool, well-ventilated place protected from light for at least 6 months.

Process Guide:
- It is recommended to perform micron-level filtration of the coating before construction.
- Construction environment: Humidity 40~50%, temperature 20±5°C, dust-free grade 100,000 class
- Design the dry film thickness of the coating to be 100-120 nm (achieved by controlling the wet film thickness and solid content)
- Dilution: Methyl isobutyl (meth) ketone (MIBK) is recommended for dilution.
- Drying: 80°C, 2 minutes
- Curing: UV curing, energy 800-1500 mJ/cm², under nitrogen or other inert gas protection
Storage and shelf life:
- Should be stored in a sealed container under dry conditions at room temperature, protected from ultraviolet (UV) and visible light.
- The humidity during packaging should not exceed 50%, and the temperature should not exceed 30°C.
When the temperature is below 3.25°C, the shelf life is 6 months. Storage at excessively low or high temperatures may result in quality abnormalities.
