Construction process recommendations:
Substrate preparation: Ensure the substrate surface is clean and dry. Plasma or UV cleaning is recommended.
Coating method: Spin coating or scraping is recommended, with the wet film thickness controlled at 5-15 μm.
Drying and curing: pre-drying at 80°C for 5 minutes, followed by curing at 120°C for 30 minutes.
Electrode integration: Compatible with electrodes such as ITO, silver nanowires, and conductive polymers.
Encapsulation recommendation: Use UV-curing adhesive or epoxy resin for encapsulation to prevent moisture and oxygen ingress.
Driving test: Perform color switching tests using a DC power supply ranging from ±1.5V to ±3V.
