ST-ES400 Electromagnetic Shielding Coating
Product Introduction
- Excellent radiation and electromagnetic shielding performance, low resistivity, with superior electrostatic discharge capability; effective shielding against electromagnetic interference, outstanding flame retardancy, and exceptional durability. Weather resistance: resistant to low temperatures, acids, alkalis, water, and corrosion, as well as ultraviolet radiation.

2. It is widely used in various industries including hospitals, telecommunications, substations, computer rooms (both large and medium-sized industrial facilities), petroleum industry, pharmaceutical factories, laboratories, confidential sites, electric vehicles, and electronic component manufacturing.
3. This technology is applied to plastic and rubber materials susceptible to electromagnetic interference (EMI), such as precision instruments and military equipment. By applying a conductive coating to the inner surfaces of plastic casings and chassis, the material gains metallic-like properties for absorbing, conducting, and attenuating electromagnetic waves. This effectively shields internal circuits and components from external interference while preventing data leakage.
4. Applied in manufacturing electromagnetic shielding/conductive rubber, conductive pads, conductive adhesives, electromagnetic shielding plastics, electromagnetic shielding plates, electromagnetic shielding films, waveguide ventilation panels, and various wave-absorbing materials.
