ST-G211 Polyurea Grouting Coating
Uses
It is suitable for leakage of all concrete structures such as water conservancy and hydropower dam projects, rail transit, tunnels, culverts, and underground comprehensive pipe corridors. Especially, it is used for leak-stopping grouting of structures with large vibrations and deformations such as concrete pouring cracks, shield segments, post-pouring belts, deformation joints, and expansion joints.

Construction process suggestions
The single-component package is 10kg. The construction steps are as follows:
1) Drilling: According to the design requirements, use a drilling rig to drill holes with a diameter of 50mm. The drilling depth is determined according to the leakage situation. During the drilling process, ensure that the hole position is accurate and the verticality meets the requirements.
2) Installing the grouting pipe: Place the grouting pipe into the hole and fix it with a rubber ring. The buried depth of the grouting pipe is determined according to the design requirements.
3) Preparing the slurry: According to the design requirements, mix and stir the polyurea grouting material into slurry in a certain proportion. The slurry should be uniform and free of impurities.
4) Grouting: Inject the prepared slurry into the grouting pipe through a grouting pump. The grouting pressure should meet the design requirements, generally 0.5-1.0MPa. During the grouting process, observe the pressure change and control the grouting amount and grouting speed to prevent slurry leakage.
5) Sealing the grouting hole: After grouting is completed, seal the grouting hole to ensure the waterproof effect.
