    Polyurea elastomer spraying technology is a new type of green construction technology. Fluorsilicone spraying polyurea material is widely used in water conservancy projects because of its excellent comprehensive performance and has high friction resistance, good anti-seepage effect and strong corrosion resistance.

    Use

    It is suitable for wear-resistant, anti-seepage and anti-crack, high-grade waterproof engineering, high salt spray corrosion metal protection and tank anticorrosion, facilities explosion-proof, etc., widely used in water conservancy and hydropower, military, rail transit, petrochemical, sewage treatment, water pipeline anti-corrosion, garbage power generation and so on.

    Reference of the Construction Process

    1) Clean the base: the base acceptance should be smooth surface, no sand, no skin, no honeycomb hemp surface, no uneven and other defects. The base surface should be kept dry, and should not appear clear water.
    2) Primer layer: it is appropriate to use spraying, brushing or rolling coating to evenly construct the special closed primer on the base surface (the construction of primer layer is not treated completely prohibited on the substrate surface), the construction can be completely dry after the next step, the construction interval should not exceed 48 hours.
    3) Fluorosilicon polyurerea layer: using manual construction, or spraying construction. Generally, 4~8 hours after the completion of the primer construction, 48 hours before the brush coating. The construction thickness is about 1.5~3mm to achieve no leakage, no accumulation, uniform spraying, one or several molding.

    4) Finish coat layer (ST-P311 selection): manual brushing or spraying construction, construction thickness 0.2~0.3mm, uniform spraying or brushing.
