ST-PA410 Polyaspartic Acid Ester Polyurea Coating

Product Introduction:
Polyaspartic acid ester polyurea is currently the most high-end high-performance resin originating from Bayer in Germany. ST-PA410 Polyaspartic acid ester polyurea is a two-component coating. Component A is carefully formulated with a polyaspartic acid ester polyurea resin and additives. Component B is a modified isocyanate curing agent. The product can be directly exposed outdoors for long-term use and has excellent yellowing resistance.

    Uses

    1) Adding pigments can make a colored decorative layer.
    2) Non-toxic and odorless, it can be used for waterproofing of edible water ponds.
    3) It is suitable for waterproofing exterior walls with facing materials and sloping roofs. It can be constructed on vertical surfaces, slopes and top surfaces. It can firmly bond with various base materials and outer layer materials such as facing bricks, roof tiles, and cement mortar.
    4) High temperature resistance (140°C), especially suitable for road and bridge waterproofing.
    5) Underground garages, warehousing and logistics, anti-skid lanes, indoor and outdoor floors such as basketball courts, children's playgrounds, truck compartments, coastal defense projects, bridges and many other places.
    6) By adjusting the mix ratio, ceramic tile bonding materials and sealing materials can be made.

    Construction process suggestions

Process flow: Base surface cleaning → Roller application of special sealing primer → Manual polyurea layer

Clean the base layer: Conduct base layer acceptance before primer layer construction. The surface should be flat, with distinct slopes and edges, no sharp foreign objects, no sanding, no peeling, no honeycomb pitting, no unevenness, and no rust and other defects. The surface of the base layer should be kept dry, and there must be no visible water.

Polyurea special sealing primer layer: It is advisable to use spraying, brushing or rolling to evenly apply the special sealing primer on the surface of the base layer (the primer layer is prohibited from being constructed if the base material surface is not completely treated). The next step can be constructed only after it is completely dry. The construction interval should not exceed 24 hours.

Polyurea layer: Use hand brushing or spraying process for construction. Generally, it is carried out 2 hours after the primer construction is completed and before 24 hours. The construction thickness is about 0.5 to 1.5mm to ensure no missed coating, no accumulation, uniform construction, and one-time or multiple times of molding in place. (The thickness can be adjusted according to the design requirements).

Note: The entire scraping process must be repeatedly scraped with force using the cross method to avoid defects.
