ST-RT421 Aerogel Reflective Thermal Insulation Coating
Product Introduction
- Product Introduction: The ST-RT421 Aerogel Reflective Thermal Insulation Coating features spectral selectivity and exceptional solar thermal reflection properties. Utilizing aerogel and nano-composites with spectral additives and composite cooling powders, this coating achieves over 70% reflectivity while radiating absorbed thermal energy into the surrounding environment through infrared wavelengths. As a versatile solution compatible with nearly all substrates, it stands as the industry-standard choice for thermal reflection, insulation, and radiation control.

During summer when prolonged direct sunlight causes substrate temperatures to exceed 50°C, this coating provides optimal thermal protection. Post-application, substrate temperatures decrease by 15-20°C with 4-8°C internal temperature reduction, significantly reducing energy consumption. The coating demonstrates superior weather resistance, long-term corrosion resistance, self-cleaning properties, high reflectivity, strong adhesion, and lasting gloss. Additionally, it serves as an effective thermal barrier in winter, preventing heat loss through high-efficiency insulation.
Use:
It is mainly used for building exterior walls, factory roofs, color steel roofs, grain warehouses, various tanks, tents, container surfaces, etc.

Construction process recommendations:
The coating can be directly applied to new or existing concrete surfaces, or applied over putty and other interior coatings. It can also serve as a primer for thermal insulation, while the topcoat can be freely selected based on user preference or wallpaper installation. As a reflective thermal insulation coating, the thickness can range from 0.3mm to 0.5mm; for thermal insulation purposes, a minimum thickness of 5mm is recommended.
