ST-RT461 Aerogel Reflective Thermal Insulation Coating
Product Introduction
- Product Introduction: The ST-RT461 aerogel reflective thermal insulation coating combines spectral selectivity with exceptional solar heat reflection properties. Formulated with high-performance nano-liquid, spectral materials, and composite cooling powders, this coating achieves over 90% reflectivity while radiating absorbed thermal energy into the surrounding space through infrared radiation. As a versatile solution compatible with nearly all substrates, it stands as the industry-standard choice for thermal reflection, insulation, and radiation control.

During summer when direct sunlight exposure exceeds 50°C, this coating provides optimal thermal protection by reducing substrate temperature by 22-26°C with 4-11°C internal temperature difference, significantly lowering energy consumption. The coating features high weather resistance, long-term corrosion resistance, self-cleaning properties, high reflectivity, strong adhesion, and lasting gloss. Additionally, it maintains thermal insulation in winter by preventing heat loss through high-efficiency heat conduction.
Use:
Mainly used for various types of storage tanks, equipment, outdoor meter boxes, electrical boxes, signal towers, valve bodies, pipelines, storage chambers, and buildings.

Construction process recommendations:
The coating can be directly applied to new or existing concrete surfaces, or applied over putty and other indoor water-based coatings. It can also serve as a primer for thermal insulation, while the topcoat can be selected from any preferred paint or wallpaper. The coating thickness ranges from 0.3mm to 0.5mm; for thermal insulation purposes, a minimum thickness of 5mm is recommended.
