Product Introduction
ST-TC400 water immune slow reaction two-component manual polyurea is a two-component, brush or rolling coating aliphatic polyurea elastic material. The product has the advantages of super weather resistance, excellent physical performance, high strength, good toughness and fast construction. The ST-TC400 is applied in outdoor engineering, and after 10 years of UV irradiation, the performance retention rate is still above 90%.
Use
For hydraulic concrete disease repair, structure protection, anticorrosion of steel structure, waterproof and wear-resistant floor of sports venues, rail transit bridge, tunnel and road surface waterproof, water park, cover paint, surface anticorrosion of automobile metal parts, etc.

Reference of the Construction Process
1) Clean the base: the base acceptance should be smooth surface, no sand, no skin, no honeycomb hemp surface, no uneven and other defects. The base surface should be kept dry, and should not appear clear water.
2) Primer layer: it is appropriate to use spraying, brushing or rolling coating to evenly construct the special closed primer on the base surface (the construction of primer layer is not treated completely prohibited on the substrate surface), the construction can be completely dry after the next step, the construction interval should not exceed 48 hours.
3) Fluorosilicon polyurerea layer: using manual construction, or spraying construction. Generally, 4~8 hours after the completion of the primer construction, 48 hours before the brush coating. The construction thickness is about 1.5~3mm to achieve no leakage, no accumulation, uniform spraying, one or several molding.

4) Finish coat layer (ST-P311 selection): manual brushing or spraying construction, construction thickness 0.2~0.3mm, uniform spraying or brushing.
