Two Component Polyurea Coating ST-TC (Series)
Product Introduction

ST-TC100 manual polyurea is a two-component, brushable or rollable aromatic polyurea elastic material. It has a moderate construction period, good leveling property, and a flat and smooth appearance. This product has excellent physical properties, such as high strength, good toughness, and fast construction. When it needs to be used outdoors, it can be used with a matching topcoat to avoid yellowing of the color.
Uses
Waterproofing for building roofs, basements, bathrooms, swimming pools, sewage ponds, and various civil and industrial buildings.

Construction process suggestions
Clean the base layer: The base layer acceptance should achieve a flat surface, no sanding, no peeling, no honeycomb pitting, and no uneven bumps and other defects. The surface of the base layer should be kept dry, and there must be no visible water.
Primer layer: It is advisable to use spraying, brushing or rolling to evenly apply the special sealing primer on the surface of the base layer (the primer layer is prohibited from being constructed if the base material surface is not completely treated). The next step can be constructed only after it is completely dry. The construction interval should not exceed 24 hours.
Polyurea layer: Manual construction or ordinary cold spraying is adopted. Generally, spraying is carried out 2 hours after the primer construction is completed and before 24 hours. The ratio of components A and B is 1:2. The construction thickness is about 2 to 3mm to ensure no missed coating, no accumulation, uniform spraying, and one-time molding in place.
(The thickness can be adjusted according to the design requirements).
Topcoat layer: Manual brushing or spraying is used for construction. The construction thickness is 0.2 to 0.5mm, and it is sprayed or brushed evenly.
Product Introduction

ST-TC200 manual polyurea is a two-component, brushable or rollable aromatic polyurea elastic material. It has excellent physical properties, with higher strength and better toughness, and can reach the strength of sprayed polyurea. When it needs to be used outdoors, it can be used with a matching topcoat to avoid yellowing of the color.
Uses
Industrial building places such as various chemical liquid storage tanks, oil/gas transportation tanks, power plant liquid storage ponds, salt factory liquid ponds, landfill waterproofing and anti-seepage, and hydropower station dam waterproofing and anti-seepage.
