Water-Based Coating ST-WB (Series)
Product Introduction
ST-WB422 is a special waterborne acrylic coating for steel structures. It is made of imported resins, pigments and fillers, and additives. It uses water as a diluent and is non-flammable and non-explosive. It has a complete supporting system and is a replacement product for traditional solvent-based steel structure paints.
Uses
Suitable for the protection, anti-corrosion and decoration of cold-formed, hot-rolled or welded structural components (C-shaped steel, channel steel, I-beam, H-shaped steel, etc.) in the light-duty, high-rise, residential, space and bridge steel structure industries.

Base treatment |
The foundation is solid, without floating ash, and the concrete grade is C25 or above; Polish the base surface, make it flat without holes, repair any defects, and clean it. |

Primer layer |
Using roller coating or brush coating, water-based polyurea special primer. |

Mortar layer |
If there are many or large holes in the foundation, use special polyurea mortar to scrape and fill and close the holes. |
|
Putty layer |
If there are many small holes or local unevenness in the foundation, on the basis of the polyurea mortar layer, use special polyurea putty to level. |

Water based polyurea layer |
Construct according to the designed thickness by using scraping, roller coating or spraying for two-component manual polyurea coating. It is recommended that the construction thickness for each time should not be higher than 0.8mm. If there are holes or sand holes in the first pass of construction, use Santam's special repair paint for polyurea for local repair. |

Polyurea topcoat |
If there is a requirement for UV protection, spray or brush 0.2mm with asparagine topcoat. |
Product Introduction
ST-WB522 water-based coating is a polyurethane coating with high weather resistance. The paint film will not pulverize after long-term application and has excellent ultraviolet resistance characteristics. It has the following advantages:
1) Good flexibility and excellent waterproof performance.
2) High cost performance, economical and practical.
3) Good adhesion, repeatable brushing, and simple operation.
4) Corrosion resistance, resistant to high and low temperatures.
Uses
Building roofs, basements, bathrooms, swimming pools, building waterproofing, wooden doors, windows, cabinets, furniture, etc. for home decoration; coatings for hotels, offices, and hospitals in public place decoration.
