Water-based Epoxy Floor

1. Base face treatment: the concrete base surface to be constructed must be clean, without grease or oil pollution; and no loose or easy to peel materials exist.

2. Undercoating: Mix water-based epoxy primer and curing agent in proportion and stir evenly; roll evenly with a roller. Reference dosage:

0.15-0.2kg/m2.

3. Mortar layer: mix water-based epoxy primer and curing agent in proportion and add 40-100 mesh quartz sand to stir evenly; use batch knife for 1~2 times; reference amount: 0.6 kg/m2.

4. Putty layer: mix water-based epoxy coating and curing agent in proportion and add appropriate amount of filler (such as quartz powder and talc powder) and stir evenly; use batch knife for 1~2 times, and the key is to fill the hole defects on the ground; reference amount: 0.2-0.3kg/m2.

5. Face coating: mix water-based epoxy finish paint and curing agent in proportion, stir evenly; soak the paint with prepared drum and roll it evenly 2 times. Reference amount: 0.25-0.3kg/m2.
